Cigar Art, Blue Smoke, Dallas Cigars all fairly nearby are BYOB.
If you're willing to make the trek to Addison you can visit the only Twin Peaks in America with a cigar lounge and it's awesome or Chamberlains, which is a steakhouse where you can sit in the cigar room and order from the full menu.
