And lost to Kansas State by 3 tds with a backup WR at QB, we also had like 30 scholarship players at that point. So I feel like we need to temper the expectations a little bit, 8-4 would be an incredible achievement.

What does any of that have to do with now?

Well considering it was just months ago we had barely enough scholarship players to field a team and a 5th string WR playing QB, it absolutely has something to do with now. Not that the things aren’t better but damn, you don’t just go from zero to hero.

Playing with a full roster is very different- Can't compare last year to this year.

But at least to some extent you can? Right? Do we think Georgia or UAB will be better next year? What are we basing that off of?

Maybe because you can't go from losing to Kansas State in January to a 10 and 2 team in September with a coaching staff overhaul and makeshift position filler transfers? It should be pretty obvious why that's relevant.

So in zero way does last year impact the predictions of this year?

Added new experienced players at every position.
Also we have 4 capable QB’s
And Kayshon is healthy.

10 wins is the floor.

You had Ed Orgeron for 6 of those losses and a WR at QB for the other 1. You also had a guy calling plays that had absolutely no business being in the booth.

You had a much needed roster turnover and revamp and you also bring in a top 5 college fb coach?

Sorry if I don’t find last year relevant to this year. I’m not saying they’ll go 10-2, but you shouldn’t even compare it to the end of last year.

What a joke of a prediction. Do you know how accurate Vegas is?

You're the one going on about starting a WR at QB in the bowl game.

You do remember why he started at QB, yes?

That was

last year
you said it yourself.

Do you think we still have just 30 scholarship players that will play this season?

You're sort of implying that the way the season ended will carry over to this season.

Hg said it perfectly.

Why do you think Vegas has us at 7-5?

I didn't realize they did and I honestly couldn't care less. It's a preseason prediction.

You want to hang your hat on that like it's set in stone, be my guest.

Dude - Nuss and all the guys quit or sat out. Why would anyone expect something different?
