That's a shame. When I was in college during 2010-2013, we wouldn't be at the apartment for the summer and the minimum bill was only like $50 haha.

I got crazy Entergy bills during my summers away while at LSU. Complained to PSC and got bill credits for quite some time.
Come to TX where it is deregulated and you have the “Power to Choose” market based prices. Won’t like that either…makes me appreciate the old co-ops
