Anyone have any recs for pet friendly cabins in Pigeon Forge area

We have taken our dogs to a cabin in Pigeon Forge for the last 5 years in the fall and have a fun time with them. We have stayed in the same cabin, great location near Pigeon Forge off Walden Creek. Love that area for cabins.

Anyway, the last 2 years, the cabin has been what I would describe as dirty when we arrived. The counter tops were fine, but the baseboards had tons of dust, and under and around the furniture was basically human and pet food particles, trash, etc. It's like they didn't even attempt to at least run a sweeper or swiffer under it between stays.

I really like the owner, very responsive, and seemed concerned when I mentioned it the first time and said she would fix it going forward, but the next year it was the same, and my wife doesn't want to go back there.

I'm just looking for a one or so bedroom place that is pet friendly and clean.
