I think it is a traveling art exhibit. The funny thing is, I saw on IG under an article posted about it that there were black people making comments like "and they want that to represent black pride?", "I thought this was a joke at first".. The amount of people who actually "appreciates" that shite is not at all worth the cost it takes to move that shite around.
