I’m admittedly old school and probably too out of touch with today’s modern sensitivity but just throwing an idea against the wall:

If a company hires you to perform specific tasks to be done at a specific time, you probably have a decent chance of holding on to your career …… ……if you do those specific tasks at that specific time.

Radical I know but just kinda throwing that out there (shrug).
