UCF, Houston and Cincy have to be kicking themselves right now. They finally get a seat at the table and it appears to be falling apart

Why would they? All the other conferences are going to 16.
There’s no reason to drop BYU, and the others are pretty reasonable growth plays. The only reason it took BYU this long to get into a major conference was politics.
