When I was teaching many years ago (predominantly black school), within about a week of me starting several of my colleagues cornered me in the teacher's lounge and told me straight up I wasn't welcome there and had "no business teaching black kids."
Of course, with no exceptions every single one of those who confronted me got run out of the building by the kids within the year and I lasted several. Funny how that worked out.
This type of school "leadership" is common and a major problem. Of course, people of her mindset are heavily protected and she will either keep her position or simply wash up somewhere else.

Which is why I got out after 6 months. The native kids were allowed to run amok, there was absolutely no accountability and no recourse. It was a giant social experiment, little learning was being done. The parents and administrators hold you responsible for shite these kids do, or don't do, and there's nothing else that can be done.
