the more and more I watch live trials (like on Rekieta/LawTube live streams)... I've come to realize "under penalty of perjury" is nothing more than an empty threat to compel people to tell the truth

but it would have to be so super blatant lying to get prosecutors to even try someone who's lying... IN COURT IN CRIMINAL CASES

I'm not even talking about a kangaroo hearing in Congress that's designed to get a particular message out to the public
