I was watching a segment on New Construction. Instead of using OSB, they now using a type of "Cardboard sheathing" for the structural Support. Similar to what they used in the late 80s early 90s. I dont know if any othe OG OT Baws Remember the "Fiber Board"
It looks like a "structural Cardboard" So these mega builders can save cost and pass that "cost" onto you.

Ehhh... they are all spec home builders, but Lennar is one of the better ones.

DLSD and Lennar are both probably better than DR Horton. But yeah these are production homes, and will be surrounded by homes that look very similar.
