There are still a lot of people looking for a truck that do not need to tow or do not need to tow 5000+ lbs. Hyundai Santa Cruz and Ford Maverick sales are proof. There is room in the market for an electric truck and the people that will buy them likely will not be towing, but just need more utility than a sedan or cross over.
