This is probably the biggest byproduct of all of this.
There is no view of the future of the bureaucracy if they rule for WV without congress going back to actually passing laws instead of relying on the administrative state to do it for them.
This, more than anything, would force both discussion and compromise. More importantly, it would also highlight who is the roadblocks in the process. It now is mainstream news when the extremes on either side refuse to budge on a regulatory position that can now be directly tied the day to day of their constituents.
More interesting will be how quickly these bigger federal entities start shedding lawyers at the upper levels since there is no longer a need to draft regulations that they have to fight for in court. Instead, these will be things already passed as law by congress and therefore should have a more limited level of scrutiny.
