On a legal basis, it's OK to kill this type of person, but not that one.

On a scientific basis, you are destroying a lifeform potentially sentient.

On a scientific 2nd level, by destroying the life you've collapsed the wave function in our existence for the life of a human, one that a full life with all its ups and downs is destroyed in an instant.


I'm not saying there's never a case for it...just not many with day after pills, etc.

It's like legalizing murder, though...millions of lives never happened because of it.
