Congratulations LSU!

Hey folks, I haven't seen where any other Carolina fans have come on and posted a thread like this......I just wanted to congratulate you all on a great win Saturday night.

A couple of observations:
1. I had a good time talking with the LSU folks before the game. As I told the guys I was talking to (who made the trip from Baton Rouge), I can't tell you how much I appreciate visiting fans making the trip to Columbia for games which is why I always try to make every effort to be appreciative. I've made the trip to Baton Rouge and it's not the easiest and/or shortest trip in the world coming from South Carolina. Therefore, thank you to all of you who came to Columbia this past weekend. Hopefully you all enjoyed yourselves.

2. At halftime I thought we might hang in there and pull out a victory. However, my hat's off to your D Coordinators for the adjustments they made in the second half. They knew we couldn't run the ball and did a great job of disrupting Garcia with the Blitz. Great adjustment!

3. Hat's off to Les Miles. You all could've easily scored there at the end of the game, but you didn't. A move like that may cost you all a place or two in the polls; however, Miles took the high road and showed a lot of class. Again, hat's off to Miles.

Good luck the rest of the way! Thanks to my dad I am also an LSU fan so I'll be pulling for you the rest of the way like I always have. While I know there's a lot of football left to be played, I certainly hope you all will get a shot at redemption against UF in the SEC Championship game.
