He said we need to call an electrician. Of course this is the same guy that diagnosed a bad circuit board but didn't spot the low voltage issue he discovered today. Still not sure how he diagnosed low voltage.
Wouldn't surprise me if the old circuit board was just fine and he was just changing parts.
