TBF a bit, that particular player grew like 2-3 inches and was one of the biggest unknowns in history. Put on like 40 pounds.

Right, which can happen for Dieng, for example. It’s hard to predict. And fwiw I’m not implying that I think it will or that I’m behind picking him. I know little about him.
I realize players like Giannis don’t grow on trees. It’s interesting to look back and see that 14 teams passed on him and to be reminded the draft is such a crapshoot.
