Incorrect. Driving in the left lane when not passing is the correct answer. The speed is irrelevant. The left lane is for passing. It was so refreshing to spend 3 weeks in Spain and see this rule followed 100% of the time.

In some ways, everything boils down to this. The one rule. One damned rule. It's so fricking simple:

Unless passing, stay as far to your right as possible.

That's it!

On interstates with 3+ lanes going each direction, it's common to find bad drivers that are a MINIMUM OF TWO lanes too far to the left.
