Roegels main guy from the Voss location just went to work for Dozier’s so expect the learning curve at their Katy location to be a little longer than expected.
The enchiladas from Brett’s are incredible. He and Jaqueline are killing it and will do even better things when they move into their new location.
I really dig LJ’s and I agree with you that it’s hard to find a negative at Interstellar.

I've been to Brett's a couple times but never there on Brisket Enchilada day. I'll need to get over there on a Thursday.
