Neither. Find yourself a PT with a fitness forward approach to treatment. If you don’t see a squat rack, barbells, and weights keep looking. Most people don’t understand the PT’s are actually Doctors of Physical Therapist. They should have and do have the knowledge base to help your radicular symptoms. Imaging has been proven multiple times over as being unnecessary, and surgery is rarely needed.
For those that say PT didn’t work, there’s a good chance that your PT didn’t understand the principle of loading and it effects in the body.
