Start with the least invasive and try that for a few months. If that doesn't work then move to a Neuro and MRI. Personally, after 2 back surgeries, the first of which I tried chiro and PT, and spent a lot of money on that....get the MRI and if a disc is herniated, have a Neuro fix it.

How does a neuro fix it? That's usually an ortho surgeon, unless you're talking about killing the nerve.
