30A itself is great. It’s the people that flock there in the summer that drove me away, along with the soaring prices.
I’m pretty much over the entire Gulf Coast beach scene though, especially in the summer. I can still enjoy a fall or winter weekend down there.

Agree and just don't get heading down to Florida beeches in the heat of Summer.
Memorial Day is my cut off and head back in October and sometimes Thanksgiving but the whole scene was so much better 20+ years ago
