No way. That was one of my all-time favorite years as it concerns LSU and I’ve been a fan a long time (graduated in ‘89).
That season brought me so much enjoyment, I’ve re-watched every game at least 10 times and the Bama and Clemson games probably closer to 20. It got me through the summer with no sports.
It has also lessened my angst/care about LSU football a tremendous amount…it’s as if we reached the mountain top and everything after is gravy. I still love LSU football but I’ve lost the anger when we lose…I still think, “that sucked but we still have 2019”…
