It sure does put him in the prohibited category. The 4473 asks if one is a user. The fact this clown has a video of him smoking weed and now this video of possessing firearms leads me to believe he falsified his 4473, a felony in its own right.

Let's not hold our breath on the ATF shaking him down. They're too busy being a federal law enforcement agency whose primary concerns are the 75% of charges they bring against citizens with no prior convictions. Our politicians are too worried about creating new laws that haven't prevented gun crimes.

I see there also upset over financing firearms. How much y'all want to bet that should financing gun purchases get eliminated, those same people will be complaining how the poor and minorities can't afford the upfront price?
