People will glamorize because of recent upgrades but it is still a bottom tier stadium in a great location

I'm sure that would look nice but flooding and hurricanes will wipe that idea away.

A River front stadium would maybe be aesthetically more pleasant but logistically not be much different
Now image it being in Chalmette or NO East or Slidell. That’s how most stadiums are situated.
It’s not just nice for Super Bowls. It’s nice for any event they hold there
