Cool cabana… hands down best I’ve had. I can put it up by myself in under 5 min. Only has one center stake and the corners/legs are held down by sand. Has survived 6-7 years, not one rip, never blown away

This. It's so easy to carry around as well.
OP, I hope you are considering a place that has a pool with shade to hang around when not on the beach. That's a rough age to keep happy out on the sand.

X1000. They are fantastic and while umbrellas and easy ups are blowing down the beach our Cool Cabana stays put.
