The fact the announcers don’t know the rules about it is ridiculous. As long as you do it every time and as long as you come set at some point before you throw the ball it is not a balk.

He is never set. His body is constantly in motion then he gets set then he throws the ball.
Maybe by the true letter of the law it’s a balk but it’s like a carry in basketball. They allow a lot of leeway.

I can definitely see that argument for him. He’s not as bad as others I’ve seen.

It's kind of like the left right chant in basketball when a player fouls out. He should see how high then can count.
