If its Brett, the kid is in like 9th grade so he has time to get stronger. I'd think things like frame and footwork would be a better indicator of future ability than pure strength.
Strength and footwork will come with some maturity and strength work. Can't imagine he won't try to out work big brother.
I googled LSU OL/DL Camp and found the highlights.
If you have time, compare what you see on all these with the 8th grader we just offered. His link is in the thread by Gaston.
