You health insurance provider will have nothing to do with the result but will reimburse AT LEAST for a portion of what the test costs

I checked my plan and UHC only reimburses the $12 per test. Optum Store is $70 for 2 tests with Emed verification, so $46. Probably going this route for our Canada trip.

I am interested on hearing more about these services. This is basically the same thing as the eMed tests BUT you can use the free government provided tests and they just offer the oversight and provide the results. At a cost of $15 it's much cheaper than the eMed and should work just the same...I just haven't been able to confirm it works. My mom is cruising next month and is going to do this one AND the eMed and try this one first, if it's rejected she will have the eMed to fall back on.
