I have noticed a lot of places - primarily hotel bars, restaurants, etc. accepting cards only. However, they clearly advertise that at the entrance or register.
I’ve seen that in several cities in multiple states.

How the frick does that work? Restaurants serve you before you pay, creating a debt owed and thus cash can't be refused. Unless they are changing the model to where you pay up front for all food and service?
