Buying with a Title in Hand

May seem like a dumb question but would you be comfortable as a buyer, buying something from a seller that never had the name on the title updated? First owner and current owner have signed the back and everything is as it should be, but name on title still reflects orginal owner.
Planning to sell my camper but I never got the title put in my name. I have the title and all that jazz but wasn't sure if that comes off as odd to a potiental buyer.

Not sure about a camper but I bought a trailer that the guy had a title but he had never transferred it his name. I paid late fees, double transfer and maybe something else. Was way more expensive than other times.

You’ll need to get the title transferred to your name or when you sell it, when the buyer goes to get it put in his name, he’ll be hit with a double transfer.

Ahhh ok, see that is what I wanted to avoid. Didn't want to unknowingly be a jerk lol
