No it didn’t. It’s clear as day on the first angle behind the plate that his hand hit before the glove moves in on the jersey. Screenshot the video and slow it down for yourself.

Anyone saying he is 100% out, or safe, is full of shite. It was too close to call. Can’t really argue convincingly either way.
