so it took almost an hour for a border patrol agent to show up and kill the sick frick. Did the cops outside not realize that ramos was shooting children? were they treating it like a hostage situation? IDK how anybody armed could stand around outside while that was going on.

At this point(and their stories continue to drastically change by the hour), it would appear after having a shooting party outside and moving inside to start the killing, officers did confront him initially, exchanged fired, failed at killing him, got hit themselves, extracted some teachers/kids(but not all), retreated.

Then we have basically a 40 - 60 minute gap where no reported second attempt to neutralize the killer occurred and it was outside agents/forces that made the next major push an hour later.

Cops still arent able to give a good explanation for why this gap exists, and the lack of clarity or any explanation infers to me they don't have a good answer and are struggling to find one they can defend.
