There have been no redeeming qualities of him being president at all.
He hasn't done anything to help the inflation/gas situation, but those at least are issues everywhere in the world. I think you could argue Buchanan, Harding, Andrew Johnson, Woodrow Wilson, and Hoover over (or I guess under) Biden.
