Call OKC and see if they'll trade Dort and pick 12 for Graham and pick 8.
That's the only kinda deal I'd be interested in moving down. I'd be VERY interested in moving up though.

You’ll have to pay Dort. He’s on a Team Option next year at only 1.9.
Unless you just think of him as a 1 year rental salary dump.
I’m also perfectly fine with keeping 8.
