Vitamin D, C & Zinc combined with not being a vagina help. Sambucol black elderberry gummies have the C and Zinc covered. Developed a lingering cough & sinus pressure back in January and after one of the gummies the cough and sinus pressure did not exist the next day. Could it have been COVID? Maybe but I certainly was not going to take a test for fun
