I fall asleep every night with an airpod in one ear. I have a problem stopping my mind from racing, so I have found that a boring documentary or podcast that I have enough interest in to pay attention to will put me to sleep within about 20 minutes. David Attenborough can be good, but sometimes an animal will screech or howl or make some noise during sex that will pierce the calm. The best is the podcast series about the American revolution.
