The one in Buffalo has a dude using the Ukrainian Nazi symbolism, and the one in California was targeting a Taiwanese church. Ukraine and Taiwan.

That is a Nazi symbol and Ukraine Nazis use it with their own spin. I don't believe he's connected to Ukraine.
