That is liberalism. Liberals aren't trying to raise anyone up. They are just trying to drag everyone else down as a form of "equity".

There's no fix. After elementary school the pattern is established. Taking a teacher from a school where they are happy, and growing some sort of extracurricular club or team and moving them to a school that has no funding or admin support is just dumb. All it does is take decent teachers and push toward other jobs.
