I just don't believe WW - or any HC - is gonna sit or restrict the minutes of a player he believes gives the team a better chance of winning.
Use a guy's minutes strategically? Of course. But limit them when he believes the guy sitting is better than the guy playing? No.
So I'll disagree with your "coaching decision" aspect but in the end it's all just tRant opinions.
