Got the mid size recteq...it has been wonderful. Looking at adding the bullseye to appease my desire for a Weber kettle hamburger. Just dont want charcoal and pellets.

So the RT 590/700's dont do hamburgers well? I actually had this question on whatss different between the bullseye and 590.

I'm looking to replace my Weber Genesis + Master Built smoker with a one-does-all grill/smoker. I would rather stay propane just for power outage situations. Any recommendations?
