Between 10pm and 2am is magic time for armadillos. If you can get up and case your property around those times at night you will catch them slipping and be able to put a bullet in that arse. I’m usually good for about 4 or 5 a year around my place. A .22 hollow point bullet makes a very distinct sound when you finally pop one of those yard destroying assholes.
