Correct

Berry is not the best example as he’s been a projected first rounder for a year now.

Let's say a kid who lsu knows could benefit by having that said player for another year and he is a 4th rounder or lower. I think NIL could jump in and pay the kid 500/600k(match the slot value to the round) to keep him. Playing at lsu is worth more than 5/6 years of A ball with hardly anyone in the stands and especially when the percentages says you'll never play in the big especially since you were a 4th round or lower draft pick.
