I'm not sure it can really accurately be measured. And the fact that they measure the accuracy of current umpires on a system that is not 100% accurate can be seen as a flaw in the system as well.

Now Angel Hernandez - we can all agree he's a problem. No argument there.

But the issue for me is you still have humans making the adjustments on the system and the various factors that go into that are many and varied and not just as simple as tweaking a calibrating a still largely subjective factors.
