There is no need to legally except those instances from abortion laws.
No law or legal principle in any state or the history of the United States would prevent the mother from receiving life saving/preserving or emergency treatment at the expense of the pregnancy.

States already have abortion laws on the books. Thirty years ago, states aligned much closer to each other in that abortions were limited to the first term. Like everything with the libs, they kept pushing the envelope and allowing later and later abortions, to the point you can have one pretty much until birth. How one can say that aborting a child at 30 weeks plus is not murder is insane. Now with states such as Texas and Georgia they scream that its not fair to limit abortions to the first term of pregnancy.
It's retarded to say that it violates a woman's rights. If you don't know you're pregnant at 16 weeks, your stupid.
