Where you coming from? Usually pretty easy to drive and park in City park

Lakewood. Normally drive, but the ladies in the group want to Uber and leave the fest at different times.

not impossible. try to get on North side in the vicinity of De Saix and Trafalgar

If you don't mind walking, you can probably get one on Carrollton by City Park away from the closed roads. Bayou St. John possibly too.
