Ok. I found what she’s suing for.
So yes. ESPN is required by Connecticut law to allow their employees to exercise free speech “within reason”. So that’s where it’s going to get interesting. It will depend on if the jury or judge sees her comments as “within reason”.
Amazing how states are allowed to have laws this vague and left to interpretation
