I mean, its already changed the game. You don't have to wait 3 years.

Players are now here on a season by season basis, maybe less. Rosters will be incredibly dynamic, and not all in a good way. Its just a semi pro league now with one year roster builds.

Then you'll have kids like Max Johnson who will probably be somewhere else in 2023. Your QB this year might be at Alabama next year.

You're talking about the transfer portal. The thread is about NIL.

The post I responded to was talking about changing the game on the field. You're talking roster management.
