Bermuda guy back in Nashville, was easy work with the help of Ronk and the bible.
Just bought a house in Dallas and taking over St. Augustine.
Sounds like I can still stick with celcius using the correct dosage.
Any literature out there for fert schedule or general maintainance. I know I will have to water quite a bit more but the house has a sprinkler system.

In Dallas remove the St Aug and install zoysia. You're going to get take all patch. Not even trying to be funny. Almost 50% of the St Aug's I see have it.
That being said-go to Home Depot or Lowe's and get peat moss. Spread it over your entire lawn in a one inch layer. Wet it so it sticks. Assuming the previous homeowner didn't fertilize I'd follow up 2 weeks after the peat moss with something like 25-3-5. I'd follow that up with either liquid iron or milorganite in June, July, and August. You'll also want to get azoxystrobin and propiconizole for take all patch, grey leaf spot, and large patch.
Get a back pack or hand can and a gallon of Talstar (or any generic bifenthrin. Chinch bugs are also a yearly problem in Dallas in July and August.
Taking care of St Aug in DFW is not joke. This is the very northern tip of the St Aug growing region and it has issues here.

Is there a Bermuda bible? I'd love to see it.
