This is incorrect. Every piece of content and every token on Dfinity's chain is 100% stored on their blockchain. They do not rely on AWS or any cloud provider. The built their on world computer. And the transactions are free and instantaneous. Don't believe me? Well this is every old school nintendo and sega game hosted on their blockchain off a smart contract that can host web assembly and serve content. It's also free to use because on their chain the application pays the gas fees, not the users. And this is cupcake shite compared to what this chain is capable of.
