Weird, I just so happen to pick a Prime Ark Freedom yesterday afternoon. I got it to go in the chicken run hoping it will grow out and give them some shade/cover.
I wish I knew what my other blackberry bush is. I got it years ago at Lowe's and have no clue.

Just pinch the very tip of the prime ark freedom to “prune”. That will promote lateral branching. I picked my first ripe blackberry two weeks ago. I have been unsuccessful with a fall crop on the prime ark freedoms for 3 years now. It’s just too hot in south Louisiana I think for a primocane crop.
